3. User Eligibility and Account
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of the State of Texas
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Permitted Use and Restrictions
Personal Use Only
The documents generated by MicroDocs are for your personal estate planning use only. You may NOT use our Service for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
- Generating documents for clients, customers, or third parties
- Reselling or redistributing generated documents
- Using our templates as the basis for your own document service
One Purchase, One Family
Each purchase of our Service entitles you to generate documents for one family unit only (yourself, your spouse, and your minor children). Generating documents for multiple families under a single purchase is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Regeneration Limit
After payment, you may regenerate your documents up to five (5) times to correct errors or update information. This limit exists to prevent abuse of the Service. Attempts to circumvent this limit constitute a breach of these Terms.
Prohibited Actions
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our document templates
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to access or scrape our Service
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Provide false or misleading information in your documents
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc.
Pricing
- Core Package: $499
- Premium Package: $699
- Prices are in US Dollars and inclusive of all fees
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer payment plans or installment options.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that no document in your binder has been signed, notarized, or recorded. Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your binder was generated more than 7 days ago and no document has been executed, MicroDocs.net may, at its sole discretion, issue an account credit toward a future purchase in lieu of a cash refund.
A refund or account credit cancels the document license associated with your binder. Once cancelled, the License Number printed in your binder will return a "Cancelled" status on MicroDocs.net/verify, and the binder should not be relied upon by any party. By submitting a refund request you certify that you have not filed any of the documents with a court, county clerk, or financial institution and that you will destroy all printed and digital copies in your possession.
For complete refund procedures (including the self-serve dashboard flow and the late-refund handling), see our Refund Policy. To start a refund, you can reach us three ways — any of them can begin the process: open the Chat with an agent window from the navbar, call us at +1 (844) 263-5346, or email support@microdocs.net.
5a. License Verification
Every paid order is issued a unique document License Number (format: MD-TX-YYYY-XXXXX) printed on the title page and in the footer of every PDF in your binder. Anyone in possession of the binder may visit MicroDocs.net/verify and enter the License Number — together with the customer last name and preparation date — to confirm that the binder was issued by MicroDocs.net and that the license is still active.
A verified result confirms three things, and only three things:
- The License Number was issued by MicroDocs.net.
- It matches the customer last name and preparation date provided.
- The license has not been cancelled or suspended.
A verified result does not confirm that any individual document in the binder has been signed, witnessed, notarized, recorded, or is legally enforceable, and it is not legal advice.
When a license is matched successfully, the verification page displays only: the License Number, the customer last name on file, the preparation date of the binder, the document set purchased (Core or Premium), and the current license status (Active, Cancelled, or Suspended). No street address, contact information, beneficiary names, or document contents are displayed.
A license remains valid as long as the underlying order is in good standing. A license is cancelled automatically when a refund or account credit is processed, and may be suspended administratively if MicroDocs.net detects fraud, chargeback activity, or a violation of these Terms. Verification results reflect live status at the moment of lookup; printed or saved copies of a prior verification result do not establish current license status.
