Three ways, all reach the same MicroDocs team. (1) Open the "Chat with an agent" window from the navbar or the floating bubble — fastest for general questions about pricing, the binder, refunds, or the verify flow. (2) Call us at +1 (844) 263-5346 — fastest way to reach a human for billing, refunds, or anything urgent. (3) Email support@microdocs.net — best for anything that needs a paper trail, like a refund request or a document correction. Any of the three can start a refund. See the Refund Policy for the eligibility window and what happens to your binder license.
Trustee 1 — Nearby (within 1–2 hours). This person can physically reach you or your home quickly in an emergency. Choose someone local — a neighbor, a close friend, or a family member in the same city.

Trustee 2 — Another U.S. state. This can be any trusted person elsewhere in the country. They don't need to be in Texas.

Trustee 3 — Anywhere, including outside the USA. A family member living in India, China, or any other country is perfectly valid here. They can still serve as a successor trustee even if they are not a U.S. resident.
